We answer as quickly as we can, usually on business days.
What support can sort out
- Access to the e-book: you did not get the email from Hotmart, the link will not open or the download failed.
- Refund within the guarantee: you have 14 days from the purchase. You can request it directly in Hotmart or with our help.
- Questions about the product: what is inside the e-book and who it is for.
- Questions about the content: a term, a table or a passage that was not clear.
To speed things up
- Tell us the email used for the purchase and, if you have it, the Hotmart transaction code.
- Describe the problem and, if possible, attach a screenshot.
- Before writing about access, check your spam folder and the promotions tab.
Welding technique questions
Support is not a replacement for guidance from someone experienced in your shop, or for the WPS of a project. For general questions, the welding guides on the site may answer faster.
